I am Nick, a wedding photographer based not too far away, and my approach is simple. What matters most to me is that you both feel comfortable with me being there. I want to blend into your day and capture everything quietly in the background. When we step away for portraits, it is never stiff or awkward. Just a short walk, a chat, a bit of space to breathe and some natural photos that feel like you. Family photos are no problem either if you want them. I keep them simple, organised and quick so you can get back to your guests.

After the wedding you will receive a full online gallery with all your edited photos in high resolution, ready to download and share. If you would like albums or prints I can help with that too, but there is no pressure. Everything is there to make the experience easy for you.

I offer a range of photography packages to suit every couple's needs and budgets. I offer both full-day coverages, as well as half-day coverage options. All packages include high-quality, edited digital images, these will be available via a downloadable gallery and an option to have them on a gorgeous keepsake dark oak USB box. I also offer the option of ordering professional prints and albums to ensure that each couple's memories are captured and preserved for years to come.

North Yorkshire has it all for a wedding: the Dales and the Moors, the coast at Whitby and Saltburn, historic halls, castles and barns full of character. The light out here is something special, and the scenery does half the work before I've even picked up my camera.

North Yorkshire venues I know well: Crathorne Hall, Middleton Lodge, the Fig House, Yorkshire Wedding Barn, Thirsk Lodge Barns, Howard Court, Solberge Hall, Sneaton Castle, Pepper Arden Hall, Rushpool Hall, Hackness Grange and Wharfedale Grange.

Half day (up to 4 hours) from £1,195. Full day from £1,795. A £300 booking fee secures your date, with the rest due 30 days before your wedding. Travel anywhere in North Yorkshire is included in all my wedding packages. View packages.
