A Beautiful Day with Lucy and Blake at Thirsk Lodge Barns


Lucy and Blake’s wedding at Thirsk Lodge Barns was a corker, it was one of those days that just felt effortless from start to finish. The barns always have a warm and welcoming feel which was perfect, as everything just happens naturally.


From the morning prep right through to the evening, Lucy and Blake were an awesome to photograph. They soaked up every moment, stayed completely true to themselves and never stopped smiling. Thirsk Lodge Barns gave us so many great spots for photos and because the whole day felt so calm and happy, the moments came so easily. I have experienced some of the best sunset here, so was great to have another one, between the ceremony room and the sunsets I have everything I want everything else is a bonus.

It was a gorgeous day with two genuinely lovely people and such a treat to be a part of. If every wedding at Thirsk Lodge Barns was like this one, I’d happily be there every weekend.
