The last time I was here was the summer of 2021 with Sarah & Josh, I packed my camera bags and set off to Northumberland to photograph their amazing Healey Barn wedding.

Barn Wedding

It was a cloudy and a bit of a chilly day but that didn't matter at Healey Barn which for portraits in the woodland close to the venue gave us a bit of shelter from the strong winds that day. Josh & Sarah were so much fun to hang out with and didn’t stop smiling and laughing all day. After a gorgeous ceremony in the barn, guests headed outside to shower the couple with confetti and delicious-looking canapés that were dished out.

I loved the openness of this venue, especially the barn with its high ceiling and beams – it was the perfect spot for a quick photo of the couple.

Healey Barn

Healey Barn is licensed for 130 guests in the large oak and stone barn. also, they have a charming courtyard with a license for 60 guests, for an open-air civil ceremony.

Healey Hall is located one mile away from the Barn. Healey Hall and its adjoining cottages (Stable Cottage and Coach House) can accommodate up to 34 guests in 17 beautifully interior-designed rooms.
